While Matthew Palentchar was growing up in Colonia, NJ, he was usually too busy playing sports to ever imagine he would one day become a successful Florida real estate lawyer. However, that is what he has become. In fact, by now, he is well into his second decade of practice in Florida law, which means he’s been at it a long time. Following high school graduation, Matt Palentchar went on to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in political science from Rutgers University-New Brunswick. While at Rutgers, he worked hard to obtain a scholarship, so that he could earn a law degree from Ohio Northern University, which he did before high-tailing it to Florida and warm weather.
These days, he runs his own law firm, Matthew G. Palentchar, PLLC, in St. Petersburg, Florida. These days, his law practice is focused primarily on property law and real estate transactions, including many transactions that are quite complex. That doesn’t mean he isn’t above performing most of the routine functions and mundane tasks required of a Florida real estate attorney, such as title searches, title exams, and issuing title insurance for residential and commercial closings.
